To qualify for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A replacement at no additional cost

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary

  3. Contact your bank

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products damaged through misuse

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item was defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed for shipment and cannot be canceled.
