Free shipping across Europe

We offer free tracked shipping on all orders to European countries.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after dispatch. During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas) delivery may take a few days longer – we recommend ordering early for gifts.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your parcel any time on our Track your order page.

Customs & duties

For deliveries within the EU, there are no extra customs fees for the customer. For non-EU countries (such as the UK, Switzerland or Norway), local import taxes may apply.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
